Claims (3)
- 吐出圧力流体の流れを調節して制御室の圧力又は容量を制御する容量制御弁であって、弁本体に有する第1弁室と、前記第1弁室に連通して前記吐出圧力の流体を流入させる第1流体通路と、前記第1弁室の前記第1流体通路との間の弁口の周りに有する弁座と、前記第1弁室に連通して前記吐出圧力の流体を流出させる第2流体通路と、前記第1弁室に案内孔を介して連通する第2弁室と、前記第2弁室と連通して吸入圧力の流体を流入又は流出させる第3流体通路と、前記第1弁室に配置され、且つ前記弁座と離接して前記吐出圧力の流体を流入させる弁部を有するとともに前記案内孔と移動自在に嵌合する軸部を有する弁体と、前記弁体と連結するソレノイドロッドを有するとともに、印可される電流に応じてソレノイドロッドを移動させるソレノイドとを具備し、前記弁部と前記弁座との接合面内の前記吐出圧力の受圧面積を前記軸部の受圧面積より大きくした容量制御弁。
- 前記弁体の前記軸部と前記案内孔との間に前記第1弁室と前記第2弁室とに連通する流体の通路を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記軸部の外周面と前記案内孔とを摺動自在に嵌合するとともに、前記通路が前記軸部の外周面を切り欠いた間隙により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の容量制御弁
