Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 長手方向に沿ってボール転走溝が形成された軌道レールと、多数のボールを介して前記軌道レールに組付けられると共にこれらボールの無限循環路を有し、かかる軌道レールに沿って移動自在な移動ブロックとから構成され、
前記移動ブロックは、前記軌道レールのボール転走面に対向する位置で該移動ブロックに取り付けられて前記無限循環路を形成するボール循環プレートとを備え、
このボール循環プレートには、少なくとも、軌道レールの転走溝と対向する負荷直線溝、この負荷直線溝と平行で且つ軌道レールに向けて開放された無負荷直線溝が形成され、
前記ボールは、前記ボール循環プレートの負荷直線溝内では軌道レールの転走溝との間で荷重を負荷しながら転走し、前記無負荷直線溝内では軌道レールとの間で案内されながら無負荷状態で転走することを特徴とする転がり案内装置。 - 前記ボール循環プレートには、負荷直線溝と無負荷直線溝との間でボールを往来させる一対の方向転換溝が形成され、これら溝でトラック溝が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の転がり案内装置。
- 前記移動ブロックには前記ボール循環プレートの取付溝が設けられ、かかるボール循環プレートは前記負荷直線溝内を転走するボールによって前記取付溝内に押圧され、位置決めされていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の転がり案内装置。
- 前記ブロック本体の移動方向の前後において前記取付溝は開放される一方、前記ブロック本体の前後両端面には前記取付溝内のボール循環プレートを係止するストッパ部材が装着されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の転がり案内装置。
- 前記ストッパ部材には移動ブロックと軌道レールとの隙間を密封するエンドシールが取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の転がり案内装置。
- 軌道レールの長手方向に沿って該軌道レールと移動ブロックとの隙間を密封する一対のサイドシールが設けられ、一対のストッパ部材はこれらサイドシールによって連結されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の転がり案内装置。
- 前記移動ブロックの移動方向の前後において前記取付溝は開放される一方、前記移動ブロックの前後両端面には前記取付溝内のボール循環プレートを係止する一対のエンドキャップが固定され、各エンドキャップには負荷直線溝と無負荷直線溝との間でボールを往来させる方向転換溝が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の転がり案内装置。
- 前記エンドプレートには移動ブロックと軌道レールとの隙間を密封するシール部材が取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の転がり案内装置。
- 前記軌道レールにはボール転走溝と平行にボール保持溝が形成され、かかるボール保持溝はボール循環プレートの無負荷直線溝と対向していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の転がり案内装置。
