Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 前方に光を射出するLEDと、
LEDに前側から接近することで当該LEDと互いの軸線を一致させて係合する光学ユニットと、
光学ユニット、LED及びLEDの裏面に密着させる熱伝導部材をこの順で内部に挿入するための開口を、後端面に有する筒状の第1筐体要素と、
第1筐体要素の開口近傍に係合し、当該第1筐体要素に挿入された光学ユニット、LED及び熱伝導部材の抜け落ちを防止する脱落防止部材と、
第1筐体要素の所定位置に取り付けられて前記開口を閉塞し、当該第1筐体要素とともにケーシングを形成する第2筐体要素と、
第2筐体要素に設けた前方に突出する突出部材とを備えてなり、
前記所定位置において、突出部材が熱伝導部材を介してLEDの裏面を押圧し、光学ユニットとLEDとを係合させてそれらの軸線を一致させるように構成している光照射装置。 - 光学ユニットが、前記第1筐体要素に、径方向にはほぼがた無く嵌入するものであり、
熱伝導部材が、前記第1筐体要素に、径方向にはほぼがた無く嵌入する環状の支持部材に保持され、その支持部材とともに、当該第1筐体要素に挿入されるものである請求項1記載の光照射装置。 - 第2筐体要素が、第1筐体要素に軸線方向に沿ってスライド嵌合するものであり、その第2筐体要素に、LEDへの電力供給用のコネクタを取り付けている請求項1又は2記載の光照射装置。
- 第2筐体要素が、第1筐体要素にスライドして外嵌する筒状をなす側周壁と、その側周壁の後端面を閉塞する底壁とを備えたものであり、その底壁を貫通するケーブル連通路を設けるとともに、そのケーブル連通路の後端開口を塞ぐようにコネクタを取り付け、コネクタとLEDとを、ケーブル連通路を挿通するケーブルによって接続するようにしている請求項1、2又は3記載の光照射装置。
- 第2筐体要素が、第1筐体要素をガタなくスライド挿入させる小径室と、その小径室に軸線方向に連続して設けた大径室とを備え、第1筐体要素が、前記スライド挿入方向とは逆側の端部に鍔部を有し、その鍔部が前記所定位置において、第2筐体要素の大径室と小径室との間の段部に干渉し、それ以上のスライド挿入を抑止するように構成している請求項1、2、3又は4記載の光照射装置。
- 前記第2筐体要素が、第1筐体要素よりも前方に延伸してその前端部においてレンズを保持している請求項1、2、3、4又は5記載の光照射装置。
- LEDが連続して200mA以上の電流を流すことが可能なパワーLEDである請求項1、2、3、4、5又は6記載の光照射装置。
