Claims (3)
- 反射鏡を取り付ける鏡取付部がラテラルX軸まわりに弾性回転し、その2脚の中心線が上記反射鏡のアキシャル方向重心位置において交わるバイポッドと、このバイポッドをラテラルY軸まわりに弾性回転するばね部材と、上記バイポッドを、上記反射鏡のアキシャル方向へ弾性的に並進変位する平行ばね部材とを備えたことを特徴とする反射鏡支持機構。
- 上記バイポッドは、その2脚にそれぞれ、溝を設けて形成した第1のばね要素と、第2のばね要素とを具備したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の反射鏡支持機構。
- 反射鏡を取り付ける鏡取付部がラテラルX軸及びラテラルY軸まわりに弾性回転し、その2脚の中心線が上記反射鏡のアキシャル方向重心位置において交わるバイポッドと、上記バイポッドを、上記反射鏡のアキシャル方向へ弾性的に並進変位する平行ばね部材と備え、上記バイポッドの上記鏡取付部は、上記2脚にそれぞれ、溝を設けて形成した第1のばね要素と第2のばね要素によってラテラルX軸まわりに弾性回転し、その2脚にそれぞれラテラルY軸と平行な溝を設けて形成した第3のばね要素によってラテラルY軸まわりに弾性回転することを特徴とする反射鏡支持機構。
