Claims (6)
- 立方晶窒化硼素(cBN)粒子と前記cBN粒子を結合するための結合材とを含む立方晶型窒化硼素焼結体において、
70体積%以上98体積%以下のcBN粒子と、
残部結合材がCo化合物、Al化合物、WCおよびこれらの固溶体からなり、
焼結体中のcBN粒子がMgを0.03重量%以下、かつLiを0.001重量%以上0.05重量%以下含有することを特徴とする立方晶型窒化硼素焼結体。 - 立方晶窒化硼素(cBN)粒子と前記cBN粒子を結合するための結合材とを含む立方晶型窒化硼素焼結体において、
70体積%以上98体積%以下のcBN粒子と、
残部結合材がAl化合物からなり、
焼結体中のcBN粒子がMgを0.03重量%以下、かつLiを0.001重量%以上0.05重量%以下含有することを特徴とする立方晶型窒化硼素焼結体。 - 前記焼結体中のcBN粒子が、Ca、Sr、BaおよびBeの元素から選ばれた一種以上を合計で0.001重量%以上0.3重量%以下含有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の立方晶型窒化硼素焼結体。
- 前記焼結体中のcBN粒子が、Si、GaおよびLaの元素から選ばれた一種以上を合計で0.001重量%以上0.5重量%以下含有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の立方晶型窒化硼素焼結体。
- 前記焼結体中のcBN粒子が、Mgを0.01重量%以下含有し、かつLiを0.01重量%以上0.03重量%以下含有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の立方晶型窒化硼素焼結体。
- 前記焼結体が、Ti、V、Cr、Zr、Nb、Mo、Ta、Hf、Fe、Ni、Cu、Siの元素から選ばれた一種以上を合計で焼結体中で0.001重量%以上1.5重量%以下含有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の立方晶型窒化硼素焼結体。
