CONSTITUTION:An input signal to an input terminal 24 is supplied to variable gain devices 11-14 via equalizers 1-3. The output of the gain devices 11-14 is added by an adder 20 and the peak of the sum is detected by a peak detector 21. The peak value is compared with a reference value by a comparator 22 and the gain of the variable gain devices 11-14 is controlled by a gain controller 23 to make the difference zero.
