Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of the title apparatus, by separating the output signal of an oscillator into a plurality of signals in a time series manner to apply the separated signals to a plurality of ultrasonic probes and applying the electric signals inputted from the ultrasonic probes to a receiver as a continuous signal. CONSTITUTION:The flaw detector connector 23 connected to the high frequency pulse oscillator 12 and receiver 13 of an ultrasonic probe 1 is connected to a separation switch 22. A channel is set by a use channel setting dial 24 and the electric signal inputted from the oscillator 12 through the connector 23 is separated in a time series manner to be outputted and the electric signal from the probe 15 is sent out to a receiver 13 through the connector 12. The electric signal outputted from the switch 22 is oscillated as an ultrasonic signal from the probe 15 and the echo reflected from the flaw of an object to be inspected is detected by the probe 15 to be transmitted to the receiver 3. Therefore, the apparatus can be made compact and inexpensive.
