Thanks to the insulating material layer 17, a mounted electronic component 13 and a solder 14 are prevented from coming into contact with the metal sheet 16 ot the shielding cover 15, and they are insulated electrically from one another; an operation to attach an insulating sheet separately or the like is not required. When a hole is to be made in the shielding cover 15, a through hole 18 protruding outward is made; as a result, the insulating layer 17 is formed also on an inner face of said through hole 18; accordingly, when a pin 19 used to send an electrical signal to said through hole 18 from the outside of the shielding cover 15, the pin 19 does not come into contact with the metal sheet 16 of the shielding cover 15 thanks to said insulating layer 17 and is insulated.
