CONSTITUTION:During normal welding, the ripple voltage in the electron beam acceleration high voltage is detected by a voltage divider 11 and amplified by a ripple control circuit 9 to generate ripple control output and the high voltage side voltage is generated at the high voltage side of the pulse transformer 6 and the ripple voltage is offset and the smooth voltage is attained. When the arc discharge is generated, the electron beam acceleration high voltage drops and when it drops up to the arc discharge detection voltage, an arcing control circuit 10 acts. A current is carried to a driving transistor 8 and the voltage is generated at the high voltage side of the pulse transformer 6 and the electron beam acceleration high voltage is dropped till the arc discharge is extinguished.
