Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce a transition temperature width by forming a reactant including copper and specific two kinds of elements on an oxidation-resistant metal surface with the oxidation-resistant metal, which is composed including copper or a copper film, and a material, which is composed including specific two kinds of elements as components, made to contact, and then performing a heat treatment. CONSTITUTION:An oxidation-resistant metal composed including copper or a copper film and a material composed including M1 and M2 as components are made to contact, then a heat treatment is conducted, and thereby a reactant including copper, M1, and M2 is produced on an oxidation-resistant metal surface. By the way, M1 is, for instance, one kind of alkaline earth metallic elements such as Ca, Ba, and Sr, and M2 is, for instance, at least one kind of rare earth elements such as Sc, Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, and Dy. This enables the occurrence of copper oxide etc., to be restrained also a superconductive oxide layer having a small superconductivity transition width and excellent superconductive characteristics to be formed.
