PURPOSE:To prevent characteristic deterioration due to thermal distortion and reaction of a board and a superconductor under high temperature by forming a superconductor thin film which has specific composition on an oxide substrate that has specific composition. CONSTITUTION:A superconductive thin film in composition of LnM2Cu3O7-k is formed on an oxide board which has composition of Ce2MCuO5. However, M is at least one kind among Ba, Sr and Ca, and Ln is at least one kind among La, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu and Y, and k is 0<k<1. Since an oxide board consisting of constituent elements same as or much alike to those of the superconductor thin film is used, thermal stress and thermal distortion and reaction under high temperature are hardly generated between both.
