Abstract
PURPOSE:To stabilize the elementary characteristic by using an oxide as material to a base board, wherein the oxide consists of component elements similar to those which constitute a composite oxide superconductor of Ln-M-Cu-O type, and thereby eliminating thermal stress/strain between the base board and film from high temp. thru low. CONSTITUTION:A composite oxide superconductor consisting of Ln, M, Cu, O is formed as a film on an electrical insulative base board, to provide a film type superconductive element. Thus superconductor in the composition LnM2Cu3 O7-k (where Ln is one of La, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, Y; M is one of Ba, Sr, Ca; and K is 0<k<1) is formed as a film 2 on oxide base board 1 in the composition R2MCuO5 (where R is one of the rare earth elements La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, Y, Sc).
