CONSTITUTION:A composite oxide superconductor consisting of Ln, M, Cu, O is formed as a film on an electrical insulative base board, to provide a film type superconductive element. Thus superconductor in the composition LnM2Cu3 O7-k (where Ln is one of La, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, Y; M is one of Ba, Sr, Ca; and K is 0<k<1) is formed as a film 2 on oxide base board 1 in the composition R2MCuO5 (where R is one of the rare earth elements La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, Y, Sc).
