CONSTITUTION:A composite superconductor consisting of Ln, M, Cu, O is formed as a film on an electrical insulative base board, to provide a film type superconductive element. Thus superconductor in the composition LnM2Cu3O7-k (where Ln is one of La, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, Y; M is one of Ba, Sr, Ca; and k shall range 0<k<1) is formed as a film 2 on oxide base board 1 in the composition Y2MCuO5.
