CONSTITUTION:A film of superconductor which has composition of LnM2Cu3O7-k is formed on an oxide board in composition of La2MCuO5. However, M is at least one kind among Ba, Sr and Ca, and Ln is at least one kind among La, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu and Y, and k is 0<k<1. Since an oxide which consists of constituent elements same as or much alike in quality to those of a superconductive thin film is used as a material for the board, thermal stress or thermal distortion or reaction under high temperature are hardly generated between both.
