Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce an amount CO while metering an amount of combustion, widen a range of adjusting an amount of combustion and improve an assembly workability by a method wherein a flow restricting cylinder is removably arranged inside an inner flame cylinder and this flow restricting cylinder is held by some fixing pins passing through an outer flame cylinder, an inner flame cylinder and an outer cylinder to each other. CONSTITUTION:An inner flame cylinder 6, an outer flame cylinder 7 and an outer cylinder 9 are arranged substantially in coaxial relation with each other in sequence from inside, and they are integrally formed by some fixing pins 10. A flow restricting cylinder 21 arranged within the inner flame cylinder 6 has some fixing pins 10 passed therethrough and held within the inner flame cylinder. Unburnt gas is partially burnt at an air chamber 26 with air from aeration holes 25 of the outer flame cylinder so as to reduce an amount leakage of the unburnt gas. The leaked unburnt gas is drawn into a combustion chamber 8 due to a draft within the combustion chamber and then burnt there and at the same time an air flow flowing along the outer flame cylinder 7 is generated and then a deterioration of CO/CO2 is reduced. Accordingly, it is possible to meter an amount of combustion down to a further lower level and so a range of adjusting combustion is widen.
