Abstract

PURPOSE:To make a constant length of combustion flame and to provide a stable combustion in gasified condition by a method wherein a gasification chamber and a gas injection passage are partitioned by a partition wall and then some gas injection holes are made in the partition wall in a gasification burner having the gasification chamber and gas injection passages between the gasification cylinder and the cylinder wall of the combustion cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A gasification burner is constructed such that a gasification cylinder 4 is rotatably arranged in the combustion cylinder 1, and a wall cylinder 5 is arranged in the gasification cylinder 4, and a mixture gas passage 9, gas chamber 10 and gas injection passage 11 are formed between the cylinders 4 and 5. The communication part between the gas chamber 10 and the gas injection holes 11 is partitioned by a gas pressure adjusting annular partition wall 22, the partition wall 22 is provided with some gas injection holes 23 which are equally spaced apart therein. Thus, the mixture gas flowed from the mixture gas passage 9 into the gas chamber 10 through the mixture making part 13 arranged at the base end released end wall 8 of the gasification cylinder 4 with a space of fuel splashing 14 is gasified or evaporated to a uniform pressuized condition and at the same time an agitated condition of the evaporated gasification gas and the air is agitated and mixed, thereafter it is injected into the combustion cylinder 1.
