Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an efficient combustion without generating any noise by a method wherein a combustion flame produced from a burner cone is made to be long flame in a small diameter combustion cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Cylndrical secondary air passage 6 having a small space therein is formed between the interior of a small diameter combustion cylinder acting as a combustion cylinder 1 and the outside part of a burner cone 3, and the secondary air passage 6 and the inner base of the burner cone 3 are communicated by a plurality of secondary air passage small holes 8 made in the fixing base of the peripheral plate 7 of the burner cone 3. The combustion flame fed from the burner cone forms an outer layer covered by the secondary air passing through the cylindrical secondary air passage 6 between the outside part of the burner cone 3 and the interior of the small diameter combustion cylinder along with the secondary air injected from the plurality of secondary air passage holes 8 at the base part of the circumferential plate 7 of the burner cone 3. Thereby, the combustion flame is arranged to flow in its enveloped cylindrical shape, no noise is generated and an efficient combustion may be performed.
