Next plastic work is applied to this outer cylinder member. Then the plastic-worked outer cylinder member is heated, so that material powders inside are sintered. In this method of manufacture, sufficient oxygen is supplied to material powders in the sintering process if sintering is performed with material powders filled inside the outer cylinder member, thereby superconductive matter containing sintered matter having high superconductive characteristics can be manufactured.
