Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture a superconductive ceramic processing material having high critical current values and critical temperatures by using a R-A-Cu-O system superconductive ceramics powder in a given component composition to be enveloped in a metallic case having an oxide layer in its inner surface, adding explosive force to the metallic case to form a pressed body, then forming the pressed body to a processing body, and furthermore applying an oxygen supply heat treatment from the inner surface oxide layer. CONSTITUTION:R-A-Cu-O system superconductive ceramic powder having a given component composition are provided as raw powder. These raw powders are filled in a metallic case in which an oxide layer is formed on its surface, and are vacuum sealed. Next a pressed body is formed with the metallic case placed together in the state of standing straightly at the center of the inside of a thick paper vessel and with explosion made. Then the pressed body is formed to a processing material having a given shape, furthermore, an oxygen supply heat treatment from the inner surface oxide layer is applied to the processing material.
