Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture superconductive ceramic processing material having high critical temperatures by forming R-A-CU-O system superconductive ceramic powders to a processing material after the powders are enclosed in a metallic case having an oxide layer on at least its inner surface, then applying an oxygen supply heat treatment from the inner surface oxide layer to the processing material. CONSTITUTION:R-A-Cu-O system superconductive ceramics powders having a given component composition are used as a raw powder, and these powders are filled and enclosed in a metallic case in which an oxide layer is formed on at least its inner surface. Next the metallic case is formed to a processing material having a given shape in cold. Then oxygen supply heat treatment from the inner surface oxide layer mentioned above is applied to the processing material.
