Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture a superconductive ceramic processing material having high critical temperatures by using a R2O3 powder, AO powder, and CuO powder as a main raw powder, blending them to a given blending composition and mixing then enclosing them in a metallic case and applying baking treatment, finally forming them to a processing material. CONSTITUTION:An R2O3 powder, AO powder, and CuO powder are used as main raw powders, these raw powders are blended to a given blending composition and mixed, then filled and enclosed in a metallic case. Next an oxide mixed powder in the metallic case is synthesized to a superconductive ceramic with the metallic case baked at a given temperature in air. Then the superconductive ceramics in the metallic case mentioned above is formed to a processing material having a given shape in cold.
