PURPOSE:To obtain a superconductive ceramic processing material having a high critical temperature by using a R2O3 powder, AO powder, and CuO powder as a main raw powder to be blended in a given composition, furthermore mixing the given quantity of a metallic oxide powder for deficient oxygen supply to be enclosed in a metallic case, and forming a melt to a processing material after heat treatment. CONSTITUTION:A R2O3 powder, AO powder, and CuO powder are used as a main raw powder, these raw powders are blended in a given blending composition and mixed, then are filled in a metallic case to be vacuum enclosed. Then an oxide mixed powder in the metallic case is synthesized to a superconductive ceramics with the metallic case baked at a given temperature in air. Consecutively the ceramics is formed to a processing material having a given shape in cold.
