Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the supply speed of hot water at a set temperature, by a method wherein, in a gas type hot water supply device which has a control part partitioned into a primary air chamber, a secondary air chamber, and a live steam chamber when a water feed amount is increased, a piston is moved to the downstream side, and when a feed water temperature is increased, a thermowax is actuated against the force of a resilient member. CONSTITUTION:When water is introduced in a feed water passage 31, a piston lever 314 is moved rightward, a switch 35 is actuated to force a compressed air chamber 211 to introduce compressed air. A main valve for live gas is opened, and live gas is introduced in a live gas feed passage 24. Compressed air comes in a valve cylinder 23, a secondary air chamber 212, and a primary air chamber 221, and live gas comes in a live gas chamber 271. When the temperature of feed water is increased, a thermowax 34 is expanded to press out a weir member 331, and the opening area of the weir part of a bypass 32 is increased. Thereby, a piston 313 is moved leftward, the opening areas of an orifice 252 and notches 231 and 232 are decreased, and air-fuel mixture and secondary air fed to a burner part 1 are decreased.
