Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve incomplete welding detecting accuracy of a can barrel by providing damage sensors to detect a damaged part of the electrode faces and eliminating the can barrel welded by the electrode faces. CONSTITUTION:Rolling rolls 4 to perform rolling or rolling slightly are provided to a linear electrode 3 and outside and inside electrode rolls 1 and 2 to perform resistance welding of a lap 6a of a can barrel preform 6 are arranged.
