Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable fining, and to facilitate a design by installing a Hall element formed onto a substrate, a resistor connected in series with the Hall element and shaped onto said substrate by the same material as said Hall element and a yoke placed onto said Hall element. CONSTITUTION:A Hall element 4 and a resistor 5 are arranged on the same surface (in parallel). Since the resistor 5 is worked by a magnetic field, a yoke 17 is disposed only on the Hall element 4, and the resistor 5 is not worked by the magnetic field relatively. That is, when the yoke 17 is arranged only onto the Hall element 4, the magnetic field concentrates to the Hall element 4, and the magnetic field concentrating to the Hall element is made extremely larger than that intruding to the resistor 5. Consequently, operation by the magnetic field of the resistor is removed. Accordingly, when a resistance section is shaped by InSb as the same material as the Hall element, Hall potential, output terminal potential, etc., are not fluctuated by an ambient temperature, and a circuit and the Hall element are designed easily. Since the comparatively thin yoke can be formed only in a Hall element region, fining is enabled even by resin mold.
