CONSTITUTION:A magnetic iron oxide powder whose crystal system is gammaFe2O3 or identical with gammaFe2O3 is dispersed simply into an aqueous solution as a material so that the grain surface of the magnetic iron oxide powder is treated to be made hydrophilic.
