Abstract
PURPOSE:To make uniform the air flow speed due to a horizontal flow fan by narrowing a nose gap formed between a nose part and the horizontal flow fan on a torsion preceding side and widening a torsion delaying side with respect to the rotational direction of the horizontal flow fan. CONSTITUTION:A horizontal flow fan 4 allows air to pass through a heat exchanger 5 provided on the suction side of a blast path 1, and discharges heat-exchanged air. The horizontal flow fan 4 is installed by forming a predetermined gap 6 with respect to the rotational direction of the horizontal flow fan 4. The gap 6 is formed by narrowing a side 7 where a torsion precedes and widening a side 8 where a torsion delays, with respect to the rotational direction of the axial flow fan 4. By narrowing the gap at the torsion preceding side 7, the air flow speed at that part is increased, and the uniformized air flow speed can be obtained as a whole. Further, as a result, it is possible to reduce the blast noise.
