Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce a wet vapor suction amount by interposing a check valve permitting only a refrigerant flow to a condenser side between a discharge outlet and a condenser, and providing a hot gas bypass circuit communicated from the compressor outlet side of the check valve to an inlet side of an evaporator. CONSTITUTION: A check valve 2 located on an inlet side of a condenser 3 prevents a reverse flow (flow into a hot gas bypass circuit 20) of a refrigerant from a condenser 3 side upon hot gas bypass operation, but it does not impede the refrigerant gas flow upon ordinary operation. Upon operation interruption of a compressor 1 a reverse flow of a high pressure refrigerant to the compressor 1 is prevented, whereby an apparent volume on the high pressure side is reduced to promote high pressure side pressure lowering due to internal leakage of the compressor 1, and hence pressure balance is achieved in an early time. For this, wet vapor suction amount is reduced.
