Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent intake efficiency from degradation and attenuate temperature rise by providing a vane back pressure chamber having pressure intermediate between pressure in a discharge and intake chambers on the back of vane. CONSTITUTION:In the back pressure section of a vane 151 are disposed a front plate separator 126 and a rear plate separator 128 to form a vane back pressure chamber 137 which is isolated from discharge chambers 133, 135 so that discharge pressure does not at directly on the back of vane 151 and the internal pressure is kept to be intermediate discharge pressure and intake pressure. Thus, differential pressure between the vane back pressure section and a compression chamber is reduced to reduce the leakage of compressed fluid so that the intake efficiency is improved and temperature rise is restrained.
