CONSTITUTION:An intake passage of an internal combustion engine is provided with a mechanical supercharger 1 which a crankshaft rotates to drive through a belt or the like, and moreover formed with a bypass passage to bypass the supercharger 1, and a bypass control valve 2 is insertedly provided on its way. A bypass control means 3 controls the bypass control valve 2 on the loading conditions of the engine.
