CONSTITUTION:In an internal combustion engine, separated from a throttle valve (b) opened/closed in connection with an acceleration on an intake passage (a), there is provided a secondary throttle valve (c) opened in delay when the throttle valve (b) is rapidly opened. In this arrangement, there is additionally provided a fuel injection quantity acceleratingly correcting means A for correcting the fuel injection quantity of a fuel injection means C based on the opening change quantity of the throttle valve (b). In an operating area of the secondary throttle valve (c), there is additionally provided a correction quantity limiting means B for limiting the correction quantity to be smaller. Thus, it is possible to perform a suitable accelerating correction in an operating area where the double throttle effect due to the throttle valve (b) and the secondary throttle valve (c) is executed so as to prevent the overrich of an air-fuel ratio.
