And the output meeting the demand of the engine can be obtained, and the maximum output of the engine is concurrently controlled at the time of high loading wherein negative pressure in the suction pipe is below a specified one, thereby enabling the prevention of the drop in fuel consumption caused by the output of the engine increased more than necessary.
