CONSTITUTION:The titled circuit consists of a power terminal 1, ground terminals 2-6, lateral PNP bipolar TRs 7-9, NPN bipolar TRs 10-13, resistors 14-18, P-channel MOS TRs 19, 20, a constant voltage source 21, input terminals 22, 23 and an output terminal 24. High speed processing is attained without deteriorating the fluctuation of an output current due to the fluctuation of the output voltage of a charging circuit by combining the bipolar TRs and the P-channel MOS TRs.
