CONSTITUTION:Detection values of an intake air pressure sensor 7, a crank angle sensor 11, a water temperature sensor 17, O2 sensor 19 and so on are input to an electronic control circuit 6 to compute and control the valve opening time of a fuel injection valve 5. The electronic control circuit 6 sets the air-fuel ratio feedback correction coefficient for feedback controlling the air-fuel ratio to the theoretical air-fuel ratio according to a detection value of O2 sensor 19 when an engine is in the stable state after warming-up. When the engine is judged to be in the accelerating state according to a change in intake air pressure and the air-fuel ratio feedback correction coefficient is about to exceed one, the air-fuel ratio feedback coefficient is fixed to one to prevent overrich due to overcorrection according to lean spike at the time of acceleration.
