Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the deterioration of the state of combustion of the engine when exhaust reflux is conducted in the following operational area by a method wherein the correction of air-fuel ratio is performed even when the suction negative pressure of the engine lowers below a given value or a throttle valve opens to an intermediate degree and thus the ratio is raised.
CONSTITUTION: Based on the rotation signal from an engine rotation detecting device consisting of an ignition coil 1 and a frequency demultiplying circuit 2 and on a suction air quantity signal from a suction air quantity sensor 3, a fuel-jetting device of electronic control type computes the basic pulse duration in a basic pulse duration computing circuit 4. And, based on a signal from a throttle opening degree sensor 5, it computes, in a air-fuel ratio correcting circuit 6, the pulse duration obtained by adding an air-fuel ratio correction to the above signal of basic pulse duration and sends a control signal to an electromagnetic valve driving circuit 7. In the device, a suction negative pressure sensor 8 is provided additionally and by the output thereof an air-fuel ratio correction signal is given to the air-fuel ratio correcting circuit 6. On the occasion, the sensor 8 outputs the correction signal when the suction negative pressure is, for instance, -150mmHg or less.
