Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate an uneconomical operation caused by lowering of regenerating efficiency, to achieve a high heat transfer rate, and to obtain high and stabilized regenerating efficiency, by connecting a bypass circuit to a fan coil unit in parallel, and by connecting a bridge circuit to a heat storage tank in parallel. CONSTITUTION:In order to perform a regenerating drive for air-heating, a refrigerant is condensed in a heat exchanger on the using side 7 by changing a four-way valve 4, as well as to drive a regenerating cycle circuit 1 in a compressor 3. Brine is circulated in such a manner is sequence; a circulating pump 10, a heat exchanger on the using side 7, a flow regulating valve 25, a primary solenoid on-off valve 28, a heat storage tank 15, a fourth solenoid on-off valve 31, and the circulating pump 10. Such a heat regenerating operation is performed at a constant temperature by detecting the temperature in brine at the outlet of a heat exchanger on the using side 7, and by controlling the flow rate by a flow regulating valve 25.
