Abstract
PURPOSE:To permit the speedy and correct partitioning of an arbitrary screw by a simple mechanism by partitioning screws transported to the top edge of a screw feeding part feeder one by one in the direction perpendicular to the advance direction of a part feeder. CONSTITUTION:A screw feeding part feeder 1 transports a screw S in the direction of arrow 2 and supplies said screw S into a fixed block 3. When no screw is present in two screw accommodation grooves 5 and 6 of a transfer block 4, said presence is sensed by sensors 7 and 8, and the screw S is supplied into the screw accommodation groove 5 by the instruction of a controller 13. When the supplied screw S is sensed by a sensor 7, an actuator 9 is driven, and the transfer block 4 is switched, and the screw S is supplied into the screw accommodation groove 6. When the screw S is sensed by a sensor 8, an actuator 10 is driven, and the transfer block 4 is switched. The partitioned screw S is attracted by a driver equipped with an attraction mechanism, and screw fastening is performed.
