Abstract
PURPOSE:To control to feed back an oscillation wavelength, and to accurately control the oscillation wavelength of a laser light by detecting the wavelength of the laser light by a spectroscope and a one-dimensional photodetector. CONSTITUTION:A rear mirror 2 and a front mirror 3 are arranged in an oscillator of a laser device 1. A laser light reflected by a half mirror 6 is input through a lens 7 to an optical fiber 8, and input through a lens 9 of the other end to a spectroscope 10. The output signal of a wavelength detector 104 is input to a controller 11, and the angles of two etalons 4, 5 are controlled on the basis of a central wavelength and a central wavelength optical intensity. Only the central wavelength component is detected by a one-dimensional photodetector. The first etalon 4 has a wide band wavelength selecting characteristic, and the second etalon 5 has a narrow band wavelength selecting characteristic.
