CONSTITUTION:The recessed present on the disclosed surface 5 of the uppermost layer 4 on the conductive supporting body 1 are filled with the fine particles 6, such as inorganic or organic powder having a specific resistivity of >=10<12>OMEGA.cm, coated on the surfaces with a resin, such as an acrylic resin, thus permitting products due to corona discharge to be made less liable to adhere to the surface 5 of the photosensitive body by the presence of fine roughness filled with the fine particles 6, and the surface 5 to be given hydrophobicness by the fine particles 6 coated with the resin filling the recesses, and consequently, trailing of an image to be effectively prevented.
