Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 2物体の相対的位置の測定装置であつて、該
    装置が、一方において、前記2物体の1つに機械
    的に接続された少なくとも2つの第1の電極と、
    前記2物体の他の1つに機械的に接続された少な
    くとも2つの第2の電極とを有する差動形の容量
    的検出器を具備し、該第2の電極が前記2物体の
    相対的位置を関数として変化する2つの可変な容
    量を構成し、該2つの容量の比が前記相対的位置
    のみの関数であり、さらにまた、前記装置が、他
    方において、前記容量の値を決定する容量決定回
    路と、前記容量を前記容量決定回路に選択的に接
    続され前記容量および測定固有の寄生容量を連続
    的に測定するスイツチング手段とを具備する2物
    体の相対的位置の測定装置。 2 前記スイツチング手段が前記容量にそれぞれ
    直列接続されたスイツチであり、前記容量が前記
    各スイツチと前記容量決定回路の共通入力との間
    に接続された実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記
    載の装置。 3 前記容量決定回路が、前記スイツチの寄生容
    量を中性化するために、前記スイツチおよび前記
    容量の各接続点と利得1の増幅器の出力との間に
    接続された1対の補助キヤパシタを具備し、前記
    増幅器の入力が容量測定を実用化する実用回路の
    入力に接続された実用新案登録請求の範囲第2項
    に記載の装置。 4 前記各補助キヤパシタが前記容量のスイツチ
    に同期し且つ反転して動作する第2のスイツチに
    それぞれ直列接続された実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第3項に記載の装置。 5 前記スイツチング手段が半導体部品、たとえ
    ばスイツチングトランジスタを具備する実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第1項ないし第4項のいずれかに
    記載の装置。 6 前記実用回路が前記容量的検出器を介して一
    入力が接続された高利得の増幅ループを具備して
    発振回路を構成し、該発振回路が測定された容量
    を関数として変化する周期の測定信号を送出し該
    測定信号を処理およびデイスプレイ回路に印加す
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第3項ないし第5項の
    いずれかに記載の装置。 7 利得1の増幅器をそれぞれに伴ない且つ共通
    の同一の高利得の増幅器に接続された複数の容量
    的検出器と、該各容量的検出器によつて測定され
    た値を選択的に共通の処理およびデイスプレイ回
    路に転送するための選択制御回路とを具備する実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第6項に記載の装置。 8 1つの同一な利得1の増幅器に接続され且つ
    1つの同一な高利得の増幅器を伴う複数の容量的
    検出器を具備する実用新案登録請求の範囲第6項
    に記載の装置。 9 前記処理およびデイスプレイ回路が、クロツ
    ク発振器と、2つのカウンタと、前記クロツク発
    振器によつて発生するパルスを前記の測定された
    容量を示す周期の関数として前記カウンタに選択
    的に印加する論理回路とを具備し、該論理回路が
    前記容量と寄生容量との総計を測定中に前記カウ
    ンタをカウントアツプさせ且つ前記寄生容量のみ
    の測定中に前記カウンタをカウントダウンさせ、
    前記カウンタの1つがデイスプレイ装置に接続さ
    れた実用新案登録請求の範囲第6項ないし第8項
    のいずれかに記載の装置。 10 前記処理およびデイスプレイ回路がマイク
    ロプロセツサを具備する実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第6項ないし第8項のいずれかに記載の装置。 11 前記容量的検出器が、少なくとも2グルー
    プの第1の電極と、隣接する2対の前記第1の電
    極にそれぞれ付随する1グループの複数の第2の
    電極とを具備し、第6の電極のグループがそれぞ
    れ第2の電極の一方側に位置し隣接する面におい
    て相対的に移動可能である実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第1項ないし第10項のいずれかに記載の装置
    。 12 電極の前記グループがそれぞれ一直線上に
    配列され直線方向に相対的に移動可能である実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第11項に記載の装置。 13 電極の前記グループがそれぞれ環状に配列
    され該環の中心を通る共通軸の回りに角度方向に
    相対的に移動可能である実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第11項に記載の装置。 14 振り子を形成する部材が相対的運動を行う
    物体の1つを構成する実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    13項に記載の装置。
