は同じく第２の案出技術に用いる半導体レーザの

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １つの球面上に、半導体レーザと該半導体レー
ザの出射レーザビームを上記球面の中心に集束す
るレンズとからなる複数の収束ビーム照射モジユ
ールを、配置してなる ことを特徴とするビーム照射装置。
