    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ＭＯＳ・ＦＥＴを逆変換部に使用したモータ駆
    動用インバータのドライバー回路に於いて、前記
    ＭＯＳ・ＦＥＴのゲートに接続されるＭＯＳ・Ｆ
    ＥＴのゲート電荷を吸収するトランジスタのベー
    スと、ドライバー電源のマイナス電圧ラインとの
    間に抵抗器を接続したインバータのドライバー回
    路。
