- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) １個または複数個の電界効果トランジスタ
を通して負荷に電力を供給するパワーＦＥＴ回路
において、前記電界効果トランジスタのゲート・
ソース間に、ドレイン電流を一定値以下に制限す
る定電圧回路を接続したことを特徴とするパワー
ＦＥＴ回路。 (2) 定電圧回路が電圧可変型定電圧回路である
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
記載のパワーＦＥＴ回路。 (3) 定電圧回路が定電圧ダイオードであること
