    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. プラス側電源接続端子とマイナス側電源接続端
    子との間に、プラス側電源接続端子から順に、負
    荷と、逆接保護用のMOS型FETが接続され、
    このFETのゲートがプラス側電源接続端子に接
    続された給電回路において、このFETは、ソー
    スが負荷を向き、ドレインがマイナス側電源接続
    端子を向いており、このFETに付属する寄生ダ
    イオードのアノードが負荷を向き、カソードがマ
    イナス側入力端子を向いていることを特徴とする
    逆接保護機能を有する給電回路。
