ダイオード、Ｌは負荷、Ｅは電源、ＳＷは電源ス
イツチを示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 直流電源からトランジスタスイツチを介して負
    荷に電圧を供給する電源回路において、前記トラ
    ンジスタスイツチを開閉制御するために、前記直
    流電源から順方向の第１のダイオードを介してベ
    ース電流が供給される制御用トランジスタを設け
    、前記第１のダイオードは、一端が負荷側の電源
    ラインに対して逆極性に接続されている第２のダ
    イオードと直列に接続されていることを特徴とす
    る電源のシヨート保護回路。
