Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 負荷と出力トランジスタとが直列に接続されて
おり、この負荷および出力トランジスタに電源電
流が供給される負荷駆動回路において、 前記負荷の高電位側に、高圧パルスクランプ用
トランジスタのベースが接続され、負荷の低電位
側と、出力トランジスタの入力側とに、前記低電
位側から、前記入力側に向けた電流路が形成され
るように、高圧パルスクランプ用トランジスタの
エミツタとコレクタとが接続されていることを特
徴とする負荷駆動回路。
