- 定電流源の出力端に、エミツタを互いに接続し
た一対のトランジスタからなる電流切換回路を接
続し、この一対のトランジスタの一方のコレクタ
側のレーザダイオードを接続することを特徴とす
るレーザダイオード駆動回路。
