Claims (1)
- エミツタ接地した増幅用トランジスタ３のコレ
クターに接続した定電流負荷回路６を具備する増
幅回路において、前記定電流負荷回路６が少なく
とも電気―光変換素子６ａと、当該素子６ａを駆
動する電源６ｅと、前記電気―光変換素子６ａと
光学的に結合された光―電気変換素子６ｂと、当
該光―電気変換素子６ｂの出力電圧を電流に変換
する電圧―電流変換用トランジスタ６ｃより構成
されることを特徴とする増幅回路。
