Claims (1)
- 外部から供給される制御電圧が、制御対象であ
る出力電圧とほぼ同電圧である定電圧電源回路で
あり、制御電圧がベースに印加される制御用トラ
ンジスタと、この制御用トランジスタのエミツタ
にベースが接続され、エミツタから出力電圧が取
り出される出力用トランジスタを設け、制御用と
出力用のトランジスタは、互いに逆極性のものを
用いてなる定電圧電源回路。
