The flange straightening stage 5 for standing the flange taper angle theta formed on the material 1d to be rolled is provided between the final stage rolling mill 3b of the intermediate rolling mill and a finishing universal rolling mill 4. Consequently the wear of roll is reduced and the roll consumption unit is improved.
